They will be observing how we meet and greet our patients and their families, provide their orthodontic care, educate and answer any questions, make follow-up appointments, discuss treatment progress, etc. The main features that I like to point out to the students is how we can be very busy yet everything appears so calm - this comes from working together as a team.

Additional Info
I would ask that the students arrive in business-like attire. No T-shirts and baggy pants, no hoodie sweat shirts, board shorts, flip flops, etc. I also don't want them wearing coats and ties!!! Boys seem to need more guidelines that girls: collared shirts that are tucked in, pants with a belt (jeans are OK as long as they do not have holes or tears), closed toed shoes. I want them to look professional as I introduce them to my patients!
